- Alpha 3 (CROWNWeb Release 0.3)
The primary functionality delivered with this pre-production release of the
CROWNWeb product includes the ability for ESRD dialysis facilities to admit
and discharge their patients as well as to maintain basic dialysis prescription
and treatment information of their patients. Not only will facilities have access
to enter all details necessary to generate the Forms 2728 (Eligibility) and 2746
(Death) for their patients, but they will also be able to verify patient administrative
data for the purposes of reporting this information electronically to CMS.
Additionally, the Alpha 3 product supports the ability for facilties to maintain their
demographic details and personnel information. Reports are also available and
provide information regarding Patient Rosters, Personnel Details, as well as data
audit reports showing the data and forms that have been added, modified, or deleted. - Alpha 4 (CROWNWeb Release 0.4)
The functionality delivered with this pre-production release of the CROWNWeb
product includes all the functionality delivered with Alpha 4 as well as the ability
to record patient clinical laboratory test results and vascular access details for
the purposes of calculating a facility's Clinical Performance Measures (CPMs).
A new report within Alpha 4 is the Facility CPM Summary report displaying a
facility's measurements on all applicable CPMs with comparison to aggregate
Network and national measurements. Additionally, Alpha 4 will support the loading
of basic patient information and clinical test results via batch interface with reports
being produced identifying various information relative to the data submitted via
batch. With the exception of correcting certain defects identified through testing
of the alpha product, CROWNWeb release 1.0 will be the same as the Alpha 4 release. - CROWNWeb Demo DVD
